Dispute of Sindh Games Association reaches High Court

KARCHI Aug 24,2021 -The dispute over registration of Sindh Games Association reached Sindh High Court.

The Sindh High Court hear of the petition of Mudassar Razzaq, president of Sindh Games Association and  sought reply from the Chief Secretary and Assistant Registrar Joint Stock Companies.

The court also sought reply from Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs and Secretary Industries.

Mudassar Razzaq has registered under the name of Sindh Games Association since 2017. He said some elements are using the name of Sindh Games Association.

The applicant said, “We are being asked to get NOC from Sports and Youth Affairs Department” and feared that his license may be revoked on malicious grounds, request.

He requested the court that relevant authorities should be restrained from retaliation and further said that Assistant Registrar Joint Stock Companies to be prevented from de-registration.
