The Bomaby police have raided the house of Bollywood star Shilpa Shethi ‘s after the arrest of her husband Raj Kandra on charges of making pornographic films.
According to media reports, Mumbai Police Crime Branch officials brought Raj Kandra, the main accused in the case, with them during a raid on Shilpa’s house in Joho.
Raj Kandra was arrested a few days back on charges of making immoral films.
He was produced in Mumbai Sessions Court, where he and his accomplice Ryan Thorpe were handed over to the police on remand till July 27.

Model Sagarika Shona Saman has disclosed that businessman Raj Kandra had asked her to naked audition for the film.
Shilpa Shethi’s husband was accused of producing pornographic films and selling them on the Internet.

Mumbai police told the court about the information obtained from the mobile phone of Raj Kandra.

Mumbai Police told the court that Raj Kandra was involved in online betting and used the money which he earned by producing pornographic films and releasing the porno films through an app.
That’s why police wanted to investigate his two specific bank accounts, police said.
Police said they also found a conversation on Raj Kandra’s mobile phone about the sale of pornographic films in which Raj Kandra was talking about the sale of about 121 videos for US 12 1.2 million.
Police said the deal is likely to be international.
