Army called in for the security of the red zone: PTI March

ISLAMABAD< May 24,2022- The Interior Ministry has called in the army for the security of the red zone. The army will be deployed at the Prime Minister’s House, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Presidency and the Supreme Court.

The government has decided to stop the long march of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on March 25.

According to sources, all the security of the red zone in Islamabad will be handed over to the army.

The army will be deployed on all sensitive government buildings in the red zone.

Section 144 has been enforced in the federal capital for two months while its scope has been extended up to one kilometer of the red zone.

A notification for implementation of section 144 has also been issued in Islamabad.

Services of the FC sought 

On the other hand, the federal government has sought the services of the FC. According to sources, 2,000 FC personnel will be on duty in Islamabad.

It should be noted that the government has decided to stop the long march of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

What may come, PTI march to start tomorrow, Imran Khan

Chairman PTI Imran Khan said that what may come, PTI long march will leave for Islamabad tomorrow May 25, in any case, and termed the decision of the cabinet to stop it as illegal.

Qadri not to be part of PTI long march

Meanwhile Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri has disassociated his party from the long march of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan.

In a statement, Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri said that PTI has not done anything for the victims of Model Town tragedy in the last three and a half years.
