7253 glaciers in Pakistan are melting: British MP Claudia Webb

British MP Claudia Webb said that there are 7,253 glaciers in Pakistan, all of which are melting rapidly.
This has been said by the British Member of Parliament Claudia Webb in a statement released on the social networking website Twitter in the context of the deaths and destruction caused by recent floods in Pakistan.

Pakistan has 7253 glaciers the most outside of the arctic polar region – they’re all reportedly melting fast.

Pakistan contributes less than 1% of greenhouse global emissions but is among the top 10 countries affected by climate change. Pakistan is paying the price for our greed

They say that Pakistan has the most glaciers after the North Pole.
The British member of parliament says that Pakistan’s share in global emissions of greenhouse gases is only 1 percent.
He has further said that Pakistan is among the top 10 countries in climate change.
British MP Claudia Webb also says that Pakistan is forced to pay the price of our greed.
