18 passengers killed as Dadu bound coach over turns in Khuzdar

At least 18 passengers were killed when a passenger coach heading from Wadh to Dadu met with an accident at Khori in Khuzdar district of Balochistan on Friday.

According to Levies sources, the passenger coach was traveling from Wadh to Dadu when it met with an accident at Khori in Khuzdar district of Balochistan. Fifteen people on board the bus died on the spot while 30 others were injured.

On receiving information, rescue and levies personnel rushed to the spot and started rescue operations.

The injured and bodies were shifted to Khuzdar teaching hospital where three injured succumbed to their injuries and the death toll rose to 18.

According to initial investigation driver of the passenger coach lost control due to high speed and it overturned.

The condition of some of the injured reported to be critical which may lead to further increase in casualties.
