Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf –PTI continues in Rawalpindi for the third day at Purodhai Mor on Wednesday.

The route from Peshawar Road towards IJP Road is still completely closed.

Commercial and travel activities have been severely affected by PTI workers pitching tents at Peer Vidhai base.

Transporters and citizens are worried about how to make transportation possible.

PTI’s protest is also going on in Shamsabad where dozens of workers are present.

Murree Road is closed to traffic from both sides, forcing those traveling from Murree Road to travel through service roads and lanes.

One more petition in Supreme Court against protest 

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Senator Kamran Murtaza has filed a petition in the Supreme Court in which the Federation, the four provinces, Imran Khan and Tehreek-e-Insaaf have been made respondents.

It is requested in the petition that the federation and the provinces should be ordered that the fundamental rights of the people should not be affected in the long march, the public meeting of the long marchers should be outside the population of Islamabad.

JUI files one more petition against long march

Senator Kamran Murtaza has requested that the federation and the provinces ensure that PTI’s dharna or rally does not go on for an indefinite period.
