PTI Foreign Funding case to be re-Investigated
Foreign funding: Data of two accounts of Imran Khan found
ISLAMABAD, May 5,2022- The federal government has decided to re-investigate the PTI’s foreign funding.
Sources said that record from 2013 to 2022 is also being sought in the PTI Foreign Funding. Presently, case has a record of only 5 years.
It is further decided to write letters to different international banks to get record of PTI and Imran Khan’s bank accounts.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s income and tax returns will also be scrutinized and legal proceedings will be taken after a comparative review of the records and records.
A forensic examination of the records will be conducted by independent auditors. The government sources said arrests cannot be ruled out in light of the evidence.
