On the order of Supreme Court of Pakistan, FIR of Arshad Sharif murder case was registered at Ramna police station Islamabad.
According to the Islamabad Police, the FIR of the Arshad Sharif murder case was registered, where in the government is complaint.
Police sources said that the FIR was registered according to the post-mortem report of Arshad Sharif at PIMS Hospital.
According to the text of the FIR, the body of Arshad Sharif was brought to Pakistan from abroad, the post-mortem of the body was conducted by the medical board.
According to the FIR, the medical board had sent four samples to the laboratory, according to the post-mortem report, Arshad Sharif died due to fire arm.
The text further said that the inquiry into Arshad Sharif’s death abroad is at a high level.
According to the FIR, Arshad Sharif was killed in Kenya, Khurram Ahmed, Waqar Ahmed, Tariq Ahmed and other unknown accused are involved in the murder.
The Supreme Court heard the suo motto notice case of journalist Arshad Sharif’s murder and ordered the FIR of the incident to be registered by tonight.
A 5-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial, comprising Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel, Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, conducted the hearing.
