No question can be raised on the use of KP govt helicopters

How was the official helicopter of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government used? Who used it? No one will be able to ask questions anymore.

An amendment to the law has been drafted according to which, from November 1, 2008, all use of government helicopters will now be considered legal and valid.

Approval of the amendment act is included in the agenda of the KP assembly session. According to the amendment, any minister, adviser, special assistant or government official will now be able to take helicopters on hire.

Amendments to the Ministerial Salaries, Allowances and Perks Act

According to the sources, further amendments have been prepared in the Salaries, Allowances and Privileges Act of Provincial Cabinet Members.

According to the amendment draft, from November 1, 2008 until now, the use of government helicopters will be legal and valid.

According to the draft, no question can be raised on the use of government helicopters.

According to the amendment draft, the official helicopter can be used for personal purposes on rent, in this regard permission from the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has to be taken.

According to the draft, the government helicopter can be used by ministers, advisers, special assistants or government officials in addition to the chief minister.
