New wave of Corona virus has hit Pakistan

KARACHI, June 20,2022- A new wave of Corona virus has hit Pakistan as cases continue to rise sharply in different cities, the rate of corona virus cases has been recorded at 1.53 across the country.

The rate of corona cases in Karachi and Hyderabad has risen to more than 10%.

In 24 hours, 171 people across the country have been diagnosed with corona virus.

Karachi, the largest city in Pakistan and Sindh province, recorded 10.08% cases of corona virus in the last 24 hours.

According to NIH, coronavirus cases were recorded at 5.26% in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir and 3.39% in Mardan.

The rate of corona cases was recorded at 2.27% in the federal capital Islamabad, 1.2% in Abbottabad and 1% in Lahore.

According to the NIH, the rate of corona cases in Hyderabad, the second largest city in Sindh, has risen to 16.67% in the last 24 hours.

It should be noted that Pakistan has reached the 50th position in the list of patients, while no deaths have been reported from this contagious disease in the last 24 hours.

Across Pakistan, 30,383 corona virus patients have died so far, bringing the total number of patients to 1,532,153.
