New Army Chief will be appointed in Nov: Khawaja Asif
Now it is test for the President and Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD, Sep 17,2022- Federal Defense Minister Khawaja Asif says that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will appoint a new Army Chief in November.
While talking to journalists, Khawaja Asif said that the institutions, appointment of Army Chief, IMF program and aid to flood victims are being targeted.
He said that Imran Khan is attacking the national security and national existence, for seeking power he can even put the security of the country at stake, action should be taken against him according to law and rule.
Imran Khan decides to give call against govt in September
Khawaja Asif said that the amount of stability the country needs today has never been there in the past, in the current situation of floods, politics should be kept aside for some time.
He further said that China has expressed hope that work on CPEC will be activated soon and quickly.
Defense Minister also said that in November Shehbaz Sharif will appoint the new army chief according to the constitution, what difference it makes, if Imran Khan says something?
