National Highways blocked to protest murder of Nazim Jokhio

The heirs of deceased Nazim Jokhio, staged sit-in National Highway on Thursday, who was brutally tortured to death for recording video of influential hunters in the Karo Jabal (Black Mountain) area of ​​Jangshahi.

The body of Nazim Jokhio was found near Malir Memon Goth, while a murder case has been registered against MPA Jam Owais, Niaz Salar and others.

Negotiations between police and protesters failed.

PPP MPA Sajid Jokio is also present in the dharna. The heirs of the slain youth and citizens have refused to end the protest sit-in till the killers are arrested.

Malir police said a murder case has been registered against PPP MPA Jam Owais Ghuram, Niaz Salar Jokio, Ahmed Shoro and two arrested guards on the complaint of ​​deceased Nazim Jokio’s heirs.

According to the heirs of the slain, the protest will continue till the arrest of the nominated MPA and others in the murder case.

Two videos and an audio call have been surfaced after the murder of the young Nazim Jokio, in which he mentioned receiving threats and said that he was being threatened by MPA Jam Owais Ghuram and others.

An audio call to his lawyer before his death was also heard in which he was saying that he had been called by Jam Bijjar’s family and that legal action should be taken against them, if anything happens with him.
