Internet can be shut down wherever needed, caretaker information minister KP
Caretaker Information Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Feroze Jamal Kakakhel has said that it is our mandate to ensure transparent, impartial elections, only the staff of the Election Commission will be inside the polling station.
Caretaker Information Minister KP further said to use your vote for the prosperity of the country, where the situation is not normal there is an SOP to shut down the internet, strict security arrangements have been made for international observers.
Speaking to the media in Peshawar, Feroze Jamal Kakakhel said that peaceful elections will be held on February 8, the work of removing snow from the roads of the affected areas will be completed today.
Feroze Jamal said that there was a failed coup on May 9, the characters of the incident will be brought to justice.
