Dr. Yasmin Rashid allowed to contest the election

LAHORE, Jan 10,2024: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr. Yasmin Rashid was allowed by the Appellate Tribunal to contest the election.

Justice Tariq Nadeem of the Appellate Tribunal heard the appeal against the rejection of the nomination papers of Dr. Yasmeen Rashid.

The Appellate Tribunal allowed Dr. Yasmin Rashid’s appeal from NA 130 and set aside the Returning Officer’s decision.
