Sindh CM chairs meeting to review emergency measures in rains

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah visited the rain-affected areas of Karachi.

Chief Secretary Sindh Sohail Rajput and Administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab were also present on the occasion along with Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.

The Sindh Chief Minister on Monday got opened a ditch under the sidewalk for drainage on Sibghatullah Shah Road.

He directed the Water Board officials and DC Sharqi to pump out the accumulated water on Islamia College Road.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also visited Burns Road where he directed DC South to expedite the drainage work on the road leading to Burns Road from the Saddar.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also directed for drainage of water at Shara-e-Faisal, Ferozeabad junction and said that water should also be drained from nursery stop on Shara-e-Faisal.

Administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab in a tweet saud, Star gate and Falaknaz exit from the airport has been cleared.
