Imran Khan inaugurates Green Line Bus Project in Karachi
KARACHI Dec 10,2021- Prime Minister Imran Khan addressing the inauguration ceremony of Green Line Bus Project has sent a message to the Sindh government saying that whatever they are doing, should do together.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony of Green Line Bus Project in Karachi, the Prime Minister said that K4 project would be completed by August 2023.
Imran Khan said that Sindh government came forward on health card and Bhundar Island projects.
The Prime Minister said that no modern city can function without modern transport, to make Karachi functional and prosperous is to make Pakistan prosperous.
Imran Khan said that we have seen the city of light becoming a ruin, Karachi must be given autonomy in the local body elections.
The Prime Minister said that under K4 project, by August 2023, we will supply water from Keenjhar Lake in Karachi.
At the inauguration of the Green Line Bus Rapid Transit System project in Karachi, Prime Minister Imran Khan also purchased a bus ticket and boarded the bus and inspected it.
According to a spokesman for Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Karachi Green Line Bus Rapid Transit System project has been completed at a cost of Rs 35.5 billion.
He said that the project is an invaluable gift from the federation to Karachi.
A spokesman for Prime Minister Imran Khan also said that the Green Line buses would carry 135,000 passengers daily.
