Two dacoits killed in Shikarpur during encounter

Two notorious dacoits were killed in a police encounter in Shikarpur district.
SHIKARPUR Aug 8,2021- In a targeted operation against dacoits in Shikarpur, two notorious dacoits Lalu and Mahmood Teghani were killed.
The slain dacoits were wanted to the police in serious cases including martyrdom of policemen.
According to DIG Mazhar Nawaz Sheikh, police killed notorious dacoits Lalu and Mahmood Teghani near Garhi Yasin in an encounter.
Both dacoits were wanted by the police in more than 40 serious cases, including the martyrdom of policemen.
According to DIG Larkana Mazhar Nawaz Sheikh, on a tip-off about the presence of dacoits, police cordoned off the area in Garhi Yasin area of Shikarpur. The bodies of two dacoits were shifted to the hospital for postmortem.
Kalashnikovs and other weapons were also recovered from the possession of the slain robbers, while a police search operation is underway in the area to nab more robbers.
