Tosha Khana: LHC full bench to hear Imran Khan’s disqualification

The Lahore High Court constituted a 3-member full bench to hear the petition against the disqualification of Chairman PTI, former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Muhammad Amir Bhatti will head the 3-member bench.

Other members of the bench include Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh and Justice Sajid Mehmood.

A citizen Jaber Ali has filed petition in the Supreme Court through lawyer Azhar Siddique.

The petition challenges the Election Commission’s disqualification authority.
