‘To improve performance of SMIU is responsibly of faculty members’

President of Sindh Madressatul Islam University Teachers’ Association Asif Hussain Samo has said that faulty and their association of SMIU is working in right direction.

Besides getting due rights of the faculty members, we are working hard to improve the structure and performance of SMI university, which is a prime responsibility of every member of the association.

He said this while addressing the 5th General Body meeting of the SMUTA, which was held at a local hotel.

Asif Hussain Samo reinforced the need for responsibility from faculty members towards university. He insisted that SMUTA shall safeguard rights and respect of faculty members while faculty members have to work hard for advancement of the university.

Oath Taking Ceremony of SMIU Officers Association held

Dr. Abdul Hafeez Khan, General Secretary of the SMUTA, presented progress report of the association in the meeting and mentioned progress in respect of policy implementation, research journals, remunerations, initiatives of community development and other matters. Vice president Mohammad Ameen Chhajro and Syed Azeem Inam, Joint Secretary of the SMUTA also spoke. The meeting was followed by a networking session and dinner.
