Shahid Khaqan asked to apologize for remarks within 7 days

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser took note of the PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s threatening remarks while addressing the speaker and wrote a letter to clarify his position.
On Tuesday when government presented resolution in NA about banned outfit TLP demands, the former Prime Minister went to the Speaker’s dice and cried
“You have no shame,” he cried and said “I’ll hit you with a shoe.”
A letter written on the directives of the Speaker National Assembly, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi asked to apologize within 7 days.
The letter said that the conduct of Shahid Khaqan hindered the smooth running of the Assembly proceedings, and he has disrupted the proceedings of the National Assembly with his conduct.
The letter read, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has ridiculed the office of the Speaker.
