Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan arrested in Mumbai cruise ship drug case has been released.
According to Indian media reports, Aryan Khan has been released on bail from Arthur Road Jail.
Aryan Khan’s bail after 3 weeks:
A detailed bail order was issued by the Mumbai High Court yesterday.
Aryan Khan’s bail conditions:
Condition number 1:
He was banned to leave the country without the prior permission of the NDPS court and has been asked to deposit his passport to the court.
Condition No. 2:
He was also barred from commenting on social media or on media houses.

Condition No. 3:
Aryan Khan is not allowed to leave Mumbai without informing his investigating officer.
Condition No. 4:
Aryan Khan has also been told that he will be present at the NCB office every Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Violation of any condition can lead to revocation of Aryan Khan’s bail.
Mumbai Cruise Ship Drug Case Background

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a Mumbai cruise ship and arrested Aryan Khan, the eldest son of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan, along with his friends on drug charges.
October 3:
The news was confirmed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) that Aryan Khan and others are in custody on drug charges.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son and other detainees were then medically tested.
October 4:
The first hearing for Aryan Khan’s bail was held in a special court in Mumbai on October 4, in which Aryan Khan and others were remanded in NCB custody till October 11.
During the same hearing, Aryan Khan’s lawyer argued that no drugs were recovered from Aryan Khan.

A Mumbai court remanded Aryan Khan and seven others in judicial custody for 14 days.

Aryan Khan was transferred to Mumbai Arthur Road Jail.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) took a statement from Shah Rukh Khan’s driver.

A Mumbai court adjourned the hearing on Aryan Khan’s bail application till October 13 and directed the NCB to submit its reply to the court.

A Mumbai court reserved judgment on Aryan’s bail application.
A Mumbai court has ordered Aryan Khan to remain in jail till October 20.
