Riots were meant to influence local body elections, Nasir Shah
Sindh Local government Minister Syed Nasir Shah has said that a bid create linguistic riots in Karachi and Hyderabad under a conspiracy has been foiled.
Sindh Minister said that the provincial government managed this issue with better strategy and political insight and added that all schools of thought, nationalities and people of different languages are part of PPP and they are the strength of the party.
Nasir Hussain Shah categorically said, the Sindh government will neither let the blood of a victim go in vain nor will it pardon a murderer.
The purpose of rioting in Karachi and Hyderabad is to influence local body elections, the minister said.

Sindh Minister said, who were behind this riot and where the conspiracy took place, the government will investigate it and added that unfortunately, some political people are using criminals in politics for their own interests.
He said that the people of Karachi have already rejected the politics of violence and still oppose it at every level.
Nasir Shah said, we value Muttahida-Shahi Syed’s electoral alliance – they have taken a path from hate to love.
