Punjab ministers will get new cars

Punjab ministers will get new cars, a summary of Rs 16 crore has been prepared for the purchase of vehicles for cabinet members.

The finance department said that as soon as the summary is approved, the tender for the purchase of cars will be issued. New vehicles will be procured for 36 of the 37 cabinet ministers.

Advisors and assistants will also receive new cars.

Approval of changes in local bodies system of Punjab postponed

Provincial Minister Aleem Khan has refused to take the car. Punjab Special Assistant for Information Hassan Khawar said that not a single vehicle has been procured in the CM’s office since 2118. In the previous period, 119 vehicles were procured.
