PPP appoints Raja Pervaiz Ashraf chief organizer for Central Punjab, starts organisation
KARACHI/LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has appointed senior PPP leader Raja Pervaiz Ashraf as the chief organizer for the reorganization in Central Punjab, and directed him to send recommendations for party re-organisation in consultation with senior party workers and former officials.
Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari held a meeting with provincial office bearers PPP central Punjab Saturday.
The current political scenario and situation prevalent in the country came under discussion at the meeting chaired by Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari. The meeting was attended by Secretary General PPP Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, President PPP Punjab Qamar Zaman Kaira, General Secretary Chaudhry Manzoor amd Information Secretary Syed Hassan Murtaza.
The Punjab provincial office bearers recommended reorganisation of the party in Punjab. In light of the completion of their terms in office, they tendered their resignations from office to Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari. Chairman PPP accepted their resignations from office.
