Petrol prices to go up to Rs 11.50 per liter
Substantial reduction in the prices of petroleum products
ISLAMABAD – Jul – 14,2021 – Prices of petroleum products are expected to go up. Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has sent a summary for increase in prices of petroleum products to the Petroleum Division.
Sources said that the OGRA has proposed an increase in the price of petrol up to Rs 11.50 per liter, while the price of high speed diesel to be increased by Rs 2.40 per liter.
OGRA has recommended an increase of Rs 1.5 per liter in the price of kerosene and Rs 1.40 per liter in the price of light diesel.
The final decision on increase in petroleum prices will be taken in consultation with the Prime Minister.
The notification of prices of petroleum products will be issued by the Ministry of Finance.
The change in prices of petroleum products will take effect from July 16.
