KARACHI: Pakistan’s biggest Corona Vaccination Center set up in Sindh, was inaugurated by Sindh Health Minister Dr. Azra Pechuho.
NCOC officials, Parliamentary Secretary Qasim Siraj Soomro, Health Secretary Kazim Jatoi and others were present at the inauguration of the Mass Vaccination Center at Expo Center Karachi.
The biggest vaccination center in Pakistan will be able to vaccinate 25000 to 30000 people daily.
Corona SOPs are not being valued by the people that is why Corona is more likely to increase.
Apart from the vaccines received from the federal govt, we have talked to the federal government, Sindh is ready to pay for vaccine on prescribed price.
Dr Azra said, we want to vaccinate more people as soon as possible based on the immediate availability of the vaccine.
In case of problems during the vaccine registration process, come to the vaccination center, staff will register you and give you the vaccine, the health minister said
In Sindh, Covix, AstraZeneca and Sino pharm and CanSino vaccines will be administered, Sindh Health Minister said.
More cases of corona have been reported in East District Karachi, people should take advantage of this vaccination center. Minister
Health minister said that the NCOC has decided to provide 70 million vaccine doses to the entire country by the end of this year.
The Corona Vaccination Center has 12 registration counters, 6 blocks and 96 cubicals.
The Mass Vaccination Center will be stay open round the clock and the staff will work in three shifts.
In all 360 healthcare workers will perform their services in each shift.
