No need for social media influencers, salaries to be withheld in KP 

Caretaker government has no need for social media influencers, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Department has sent a letter to Provincial Finance Department to stop salaries.

In the letter of the provincial information department, it has been said that the honorarium and salaries of social media influencers should be stopped.

According to the text of the letter, the Public Relations Department had appointed 1109 social media influencers under the ADP scheme.

The letter said that the Election Commission has banned new projects and recruitment, the continuation of the project is a waste of public exchequer resources.

All project activities are closed, so all expenses, including salaries of social media influencers, must be stopped.

The Caretaker Information Minister said that the work of social media influencers was something but they were working on someone else’s agenda. (Monitoring Desk)
