LHC grants bail to anchor person Imran Riaz
Lahore High Court has granted bail to anchor person Imran Riaz Khan in the Chakwal case.
In the LHC, the petition related to the arrest of Imran Riaz and the dismissal of the cases was heard.
Imran Riaz Khan appeared in the court of Justice Ali Baqer Najafi in the Lahore High Court. The court granted bail to the accused on personal charges, after which further hearing of the case was adjourned till July 19.

Justice Ali Baqir Najafi said that your lawyer has assured that you will not give any statement that will make matters worse.
On this, Imran Riaz Khan said that I got justice in every court where I went to.
The judge of Lahore High Court said that don’t make us controversial, you consider holding court on Saturday as a negative while doing so is not so negative.
Imran Riaz assured the court, “I will not give any statement”.
A local court in Attock granted relief to the journalist in the early hours of Thursday, where it dismissed a treason case against him and ordered Imran Riaz’s immediate release.
Chakwal police were waiting outside court for him and they arrested the anchorperson as soon as he came out of the courtroom.
Today, however, he was granted bail from the LHC in the case registered against him in Chakwal on personal bail bonds.
