Kartarpur corridor reopened after 22 months

LAHORE Nov 18,2021 The Kartarpur corridor was reopened after one year and ten months.

The Kartarpur corridor was closed in March 2020 due to the global epidemic Corona virus.

Important Indian personalities will also come to Pakistan to celebrate Baba Guru Nanak’s birthday.

 According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, those coming from Kartarpur today include Indian Punjab Chief Minister Charan Jait Singh Channi and Navjot Singh Sidhu.

 Indian Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa and Om Prakash Somi will also visit Pakistan.

A Foreign Office spokesman said that Rajasthan Cabinet Minister Harish Chaudhry would visit Pakistan from Kartarpur.

Eight members of Indian Punjab Legislative Assembly will also come to Pakistan from Kartarpur corridor.
