Indictment of Sindh CM Murad Shah Nooriabad power reference postponed
ISLAMABD –June 30, 2021: The accountability court of the federal capital Islamabad has postponed the proceedings against Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah in the Nooriabad power plant reference.
The Islamabad Accountability Court adjourned the case till July 28 as all the accused were not present.
The judge remarked that warrants would be issued for the accused who did not appear for the next hearing.
Absent accused Nisar Ahmed and Abdul Ghani Majeed filed petitions in the court.
Nisar Ahmed did not appear in court due to corona virus.
The NAB initiated proceedings to confiscate the property of the accused Muhammad Ali, the report of which was submitted to the court.
