Imran Khan granted bail in Al-Qadir Trust corruption case
ISLAMABAD, Mar 18,2023- During the hearing of the Tosha Khana case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, the file with the attendance signature of Imran Khan is missing.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Babar Awan filed a petition for Imran Khan’s immunity, which was approved.
On the request of the Election Commission, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal had summoned Chairman PTI to indict him in the case of criminal proceedings against Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana reference.
The hearing of the Tosha Khana case was held today in the NAB court number one of the judicial complex, where Imran Khan could not reach the court room. Hence attendance was taken from Imran Khan in the vehicle where he was sitting.
Judge Zafar Iqbal asked a question about Imran Khan’s attendance signature file not being presented in the court.
The judge inquired that where did the signature file of Imran Khan go?
On this, Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Haris said that the SP had taken the file from me.
SP said in the court that he did not know whether Imran Khan’s attendance has been signed by Imran Khan or not.
He added that I am hurt, I don’t have the signed application, the application was given to Shibli Faraz.
On this the judge said that this is a very important decision, there is a legal record, find it.
Lawyer Khawaja Haris said that SP Samin Malik is lying, on this the SP said that I do not know whether Imran Khan signed or not, I was tortured.
