First day: Guard of honor presented to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD, April 12,2022- A guard of honor was presented to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif at the ceremony when he reached the Prime Minister House on the first day of the PM’s tenure.
PM Mian Shehbaz Sharif reached the inspected the guard of honor.

Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif was sworn in as the 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan last night.
The swearing in ceremony of newly elected Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif was held at the Presidency.
Acting President and Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjarani administered the oath of office of Prime Minister to Shahbaz Sharif after the President Dr Arif Alvi went on leave due to illness
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by senior civil and military officials, political leaders, members of parliament and other dignitaries.
Leaders of the coalition government including Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shehbaz, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, members of National Assembly and Senate attended the function.
Ambassadors of different countries were also present at the swearing-in ceremony.
Earlier, the National Assembly had elected Shahbaz Sharif as the new Prime Minister of the country by 174 votes.
