KARACHI June 26, 2021: Police have written a letter to the FIA Immigration to include names of pet dog owners in the ECL, as the pet bit a senior lawyer in the posh area of Karachi.
According to the police, Humayun Ali Khan, the owner of the dogs, and his son Daniel Ali should not run away from the country after the pre-arrest bail was canceled, therefore SSP Investigation South Mirza Muhammad Imran has informed the FIA Immigration. SSP in a letter has asked to include the names of these two accused in the exit control list of the Interior Ministry.
Mirza Akhtar Ali Advocate was badly injured by the accused’s dogs while he was on walk in Defense Phase -6.
A case was registered against the accused at Darakhshan police station on the complaint of the advocate.
The accused and his son had obtained bail before arrest. The court today canceled the pre-arrest bail on hearing the petition.
The accused owns a most expensive barber shop and salon in the posh area of Defense.
