Court seeks reply from Imran for not disclosing his alleged daughter Tyrian in the nomination papers

The Islamabad High Court has sought reply from Imran Khan for not disclosing his alleged daughter Tyrian in the nomination papers.

In the disqualification case, the Islamabad High Court issued pre-admission notices to Chairman PTI Imran Khan, the Election Commission of Pakistan and the Federation.

Court Chief Justice of Islamabad High Amir Farooq issued a pre-admission notice on the application of one citizen Muhammad Sajid.

After the reply of Imran Khan, it will be decided whether the matter is admissible or not.

Muhammad Sajid approached the High Court for the disqualification of Imran Khan.

The court called for arguments from all the parties on the admissibility of the petition.

The petitioner said that Imran Khan took necessary steps for the guardianship of his daughter Tyrian White, who lives in the UK and hid this information in the nomination papers, Imran Khan has not been honest and trustworthy, and therefore, he has been declared ineligible as a member of the assembly.
