MQM to get two minister and Sindh governor post

ISLAMABAD, April 11,2022- There will be coalition government in the center. The National Assembly will elect a new Prime Minister today. United Opposition candidate for the PM post Shehbaz Sharif has started consultations for the cabinet.

According to sources, the cabinet will have 12 PML-N ministers and seven PPP ministers.

The National Assembly will elect a new Prime Minister today. Shehbaz Sharif is the unanimous candidate of the United Opposition for the election of the new Prime Minister while Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has nominated Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

PTI to resign from NA

Alvi will not resign

Despite the removal of Imran Khan from the PM’s job, President Dr Arif Alvi will continue to hold office and he has not yet made a decision on whether to resign.

In the coalition government, JUI-F will be given four ministries, MQM two, BNP Mengal, ANP, Jamhoori Watan Party and Balochistan Awami Party one each.

Mohsin Dawar, Aslam Bhootani and Tariq Bashir Cheema are also likely to be included in the cabinet. Javed Abbasi is likely to join the cabinet.

Imran Khan no more Prime Minister, 174 members vote him out

The name of Senator Azam Nazir Tarar is under consideration for Leader of the House in the Senate. The PPP will give the ministry to either Sherry Rehman or Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar from the Senate.

Bilawal Bhutto could be foreign minister.

Shazia Mari’s name is also under consideration.

The JUI-F has demanded that either the Governor of Balochistan or the KP be made from the party.

The governor of Punjab will be taken from PPP and the governor of Sindh from MQM.
