Bilawal preconditions his oath taking with Mohsin Dawar’s entry in cabinet
ISLAMABAD, April 20,2022- Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari did not sworn in as minister on Tuesday, though his name was in the list of cabinet members. Reference consultation completed.
Political circles are expressing conflicting views in this regard. However, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has completed consultation with the cabinet before departing abroad.
According to PPP sources, Bilawal Bhutto may take oath of ministry after returning abroad.
While a source also said that Bilawal Bhutto has made a conditional decision to take oath as Foreign Minister, according to which he would take oath of the if Mohsin Dawar is taken in the cabinet.

Bilawal Bhutto wants to give ministries to Awami National Party and Mohsin Dawar and will take oath as cabinet member.
Reports further said there was no deadlock between PMLN and PPP to assign Bilawal Bhutto the foreign minister portfolio.
Bilawal Bhutto was earlier told that the PML-N wants to join the cabinet by making the PPP a Foreign Minister, but Asif Ali Zardari is not in favor of Bilawal as a minister, likewise other senior PPP leaders do not want Bilawal Bhutto to join PMLN led government.
Citing sources, it is said that the senior leadership of the PPP is concerned that when Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto became the Foreign Minister, PPP was not there, so he was not head of the party.
Now Bilawal Bhutto is the head of the party, therefore he should not become a coalition government minister.
Meanwhile, the Awami National Party apologized for being part of the government, the ANP was offered a ministry, including Governor KP, but party chief Asfandaryar Wali prevented the leaders from becoming part of the government.
In this regard, Asfandyar Wali has said that the PPP and the PML-N have asked ANP to join the government, but in view of the difficulties, they have decided to put the allies in the cabinet.
Bilawal Bhutto will fly to London. According to sources, he will stay in London for two to three days and during his stay in London, his first engagement and departure is due to meet Nawaz Sharif.
Bilawal Bhutto did not attend the oath-taking ceremony yesterday. According to the sources, the PPP has some reservations.
