Asad Umar seeks unconditional apology from the court

ISLAMABAD, Dec 7,2022- Secretary General of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Asad Umar sought an unconditional apology from the court on the contempt of court issue.

A hearing was held against Asad Umar in the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court on the ongoing contempt of court notice.

Justice Jawad Hasan heard the contempt of court notice case, in which Asad Umar was summoned in his personal capacity today.

The court also asked for the video and transcript of Asad Umar’s speech, the court also asked PTI to respond to the contempt notice.

Imran Khan has been facing contempt of court charges in past also

Asad Umar came to the rostrum of the court and apologized unconditionally for his speech and said that we respect the judiciary and will continue to do so.
