Arsalan Mehsud murder: Witnesses identify three accused
KARACHI Dec 24,2021- The witnesses have identified the three accused in the murder case of teenager Arsalan Mehsud.
Progress has been achieved in the murder case of Arsalan Mehsud, who was shot dead by police personnel in Orangi Town area of Karachi.
Police officials said that witnesses have identified three accused Tauheed, Umair and former SHO.
According to police officials, forensic of Tauheed’s pistol was conducted and bullet casings,.
Police officials said that Arsalan was killed by the bullets fired by Tauheed who was on intelligence duty.
Police officials further said that Tauheed’s weapon license belongs to Balochistan, its confirmation is awaited.
Police also said that a case of illegal weapons has been registered against former SHO Orangi Town Azam Gopang.
It may be noted that in the first week of December, a police official of Orangi Town Police Station in civvies killed 16-year-old student Arsalan Mehsud while he was returning home after completing his tuition.
Constable Tauheed, along with his civilian friend Umair, chased Arsalan Mehsud and shot him dead and injured his friend Yasir.

Orangi Town police constable Tauheed, after carrying out the murder, falsely reported that a gunman was killed in an encounter and claimed that pistols and bullets were found in the possession of the accused.
A murder case has been registered against constable Tawhid under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
