Former President Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday has said that the process of accountability will continue till the economy comes down further.
On the occasion of his appearance in the accountability court of Islamabad, the journalist asked former president Zardari who will be coming into power for next time, to which he replied that the next turn would be for the PPP.
Another question was asked from Asif Zardari how long this process of accountability will continue? In response, the former president said that the trend will continue until the economy declines further.

Acquittal plea
It is to be noted that former president Asif Ali Zardari is likely to be indicted today in a suspicious transaction case of Rs 8 billion while the former president has filed a plea of acquittal in the case on which the court has reserved its verdict which will be announced shortly.
Earlier, a judge of the Islamabad Accountability Court had remarked at the last hearing of the suspicious transaction case that he would issue a warrant if Asif Zardari did not appear.
