9 million overseas Pakistanis get the right to vote

With the passage of amendments in Election Act, government has given the right to vote to 9 million Pakistanis living overseas but no one knows that they will also have the right to contest as candidate in the elections?
These are the 9 million Pakistanis who live in 115 different countries of the world and are 4% of the total population of the country.
Special courts for overseas Pakistanis to be established
This immigrant community sent a staggering 29.4 billion dollars in foreign exchange to Pakistan.
In November 2020, the PTI government introduced a constitutional amendment bill which spoke of giving the right to vote to Pakistanis with dual citizenship. However, under the amendment bill, such a Pakistani would have to renounce his dual citizenship.
Parliament did not consider Election Commission of Pakistan’s report on EVM
According to Jang news, there are 10 million Pakistanis living in 200 countries of the world and holders of computerized national identity cards and may be eligible to vote.
In 6 countries, 80% of Pakistanis who are 18 years of age or older will be eligible to vote in the next elections. These countries include Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
