9 kidnapped drummers of Chiniot rescued in Ghotki

SUKKUR, Mar 19,2023- 9 Chiniot drummers abducted from Rahim Yar Khan in Ghotki of Sindh have been recovered.

According to the police, the hostages were abducted 20 days ago by calling them from Rahim Yar Khan for a wedding ceremony.

The police said that a ransom of crores of rupees was being demanded for the release of the hostages.

According to the police, several facilitators and relatives of the kidnappers have also been detained.

Police said that the hostages were chained by the robbers.

The rescued persons said that the abductors used to torture and keep them in chains.
