JACOBABAD Sep 05,2021 – After taking notice of the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, three accused were arrested in a case of sexually assaulting a Hindu boy.
The arrested accused were identified as Sahil Chandio, Rashid Jamali and Abdul Sattar alias Magsi. However, the fourth accused, Murtaza Brohi, could not be arrested police said. According to police the accused had confessed the offence.
The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court had taken notice of the incident on September 2 and had directed DIG Larkana and SSP Jacobabad to appear before it September 6.
Sources said that the police have arrested three accused in connection with the incident after pressure from the court to submit the report on September 6.
A 14-year-old boy resident of Dangar Mohla Jacobabad was taken away on August 27 by five accused at Adam Khan Panhwar Road within the City Police Station jurisdiction. The accused sexually assaulted him and also snatched a mobile phone and cash rs20,000.
After five days, police registered the case against five accused on the complaint of victim’s father police.
The accused reportedly belong to Shahdadkot.
